• Your purchase grants a license for the number of seats/devices purchased.
• The license is for your organization and may not be resold or transferred.
• You may not redistribute the software or license file.

Acceptable use

• You agree not to use Project-Relay for unlawful activity.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass licensing or security controls.

Service limitations

• The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
